I have had over four years of experience in the hospitality sector, where my roles varied from waitressing to team lead roles. This has made me very well equipped to handle the specific needs of clients, as I have been able to develop a very thorough understanding of this industry. I have had extensive experience in managerial roles, where my outgoing personality has allowed me to forge excellent relationships with my colleagues and create a positive working environment. I have worked in a catering capacity at large scale public events such as the Cheltenham racecourse and the Festival of Speed, which has well-equipped me with the necessary experience and qualities needed to ensure all expectations are exceeded in the service industry.
